Table Games Manager 2 - Choctaw Landing Pay Grade 15 | Full Time | Shift Details: Shifts will vary based on business needs and events, must have flexibility Weekly Earned Wage Access is an option for this position Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Table Games Manager is responsible for the implementation and execution of goals and objectives set forth by upper management with regard to Blackjack, other table games, and/or Poker while overseeing all pit activity to include game activity, game integrity, player strategy, all cash and chip transactions, and dealer performance. Primary Tasks: Oversee the daily needs of the table games operation including review staffing levels, delegate authority, assign responsibilities, instruct associates on specific tasks and job techniques, training, scheduling, and development/performance management. Maintain awareness and compliance of company and departmental rules, regulations, and objectives. Active involvement in managing the Table Games Pit(s) to include ample visibility within the Table Games Pit(s).
