The Associate Manager, eCommerce (Digital Shelf) is responsible for ensuring our products are accurate, compliant, compelling, and conversion-ready online. This role monitors and improves product detail page (PDP) quality, resolves content issues quickly, and supports conversion optimization efforts through ongoing content enhancements, digital shelf analytics, and cross-functional coordination. You’ll live in Syndigo and Amazon Vendor Central. You will also work in portals of other major retail players such as Walmart, Sam’s Club and Target. At times, you’ll need to work in Amazon Brand Registry, GS1 Marketplace, Bazaarvoice, Salsify, NIQ Label Insight, Inriver and other smaller syndication platforms.
