Job description

Purpose Supports the Distribution Center HR Team in providing professional level HR support to the DC Operations in the areas of employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and tracking of HR metric reporting. Partners closely with operational leaders and employees to ensure HR programs are implemented and supported thoughtfully and in accordance with adidas policies. Key Responsibilities: - Establish HR as a trusted business partner and ensure HR initiatives, programs, and policies are fully understood and implemented thoughtfully within the Operations team - Coach leaders on talent management and how to best motivate and challenge all members of their teams, (from high performers to under performers) to ensure employee performance, engagement, and accountability - Provide an ear and be a coach to employees to help them navigate job issues, career development and answer general questions regarding HR programs and policies - Participate as team member on multi-disciplinary projects that utilize various parts of the onsite HR team to achieve the project’s objectives - Partner with recruitment and hiring team to make sound hiring decisions, give guidance and expertise as...
