Description Floating Dental Assistant / Rover Position Description We are looking for a versatile and team-oriented Floating Dental Assistant (Rover) to support our clinical team throughout the office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day, and is always willing to jump in where needed to keep the schedule running smoothly. The Floating Dental Assistant will assist both doctors and hygienists, help maintain efficient patient flow, and provide support across multiple operatories and departments as needed.
