Job Duties: This is a designated liaison position primarily covering Geisinger Wyoming Valley (GWV), Geisinger South Wilkes-Barre (GSWB), and Geisinger Community Medical Center (GCMC). You’ll have in-person responsibilities at these sites and coordinate patient discharges from the hospitals to home infusion settings and support ongoing patient care. At least three (3) years of RN work experience is required. RN Home Health and IV therapy experience is preferred. A typical schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotating weekends and holidays.
