In this role, you’ll work closely with site‑based Patient Services teams to help deliver high‑quality, patient‑centred care. While the position is non‑patient‑facing, your work plays a key role in ensuring billing processes run smoothly and accurately for patients and clinicians alike. You’ll be responsible for managing day‑to‑day billing activities, including invoicing, payment processing, setting up payment plans, and supporting debt collection processes.
