This position is full-time and the average workday is 8 hours and the window in which those 8 hours may be scheduled is between 6:00am hours and 6:00pm hours eastern time, Monday through Friday except for Government Holidays with the core hours (9am to 3pm) being covered. As a Batch Processing Technician, you're responsible for supporting the Pennsylvania New Hire Reporting Program by monitoring, validating, and troubleshooting automated batch processes within the Commonwealth Workforce Development System (CWDS). This role ensures timely execution of system jobs, accurate data transmission, and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
