Temporary Product Development Coordinator

Job description

The Temporary Product Development Coordinator is a highly organized, detail-oriented team player who supports the execution of the product development process from concept to production. This role will assist with project tracking, sample management, SKU coordination, and cross-team communication to ensure the timely and accurate development of products across multiple categories and channels (DTC, wholesale, and licensing). Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Support the Product Development in managing timelines, deliverables, and action items across product design, sourcing, and packaging. - Maintain and update product development trackers and calendars, ensuring alignment with go-to-market timelines and milestone meetings. - Act as a liaison between design, sales, and operations, ensuring alignment on assortments, timelines, and specifications. - Own the sample management process, including tracking sample requests, organizing samples for meetings, and ensuring timely feedback loops. - Support in creating and maintaining accurate SKU data across systems like FlexPLM. - Ensure all product attributes, pricing, packaging specs, and regulatory/compliance notes are accurately recorde...
