Overview Summary/objective: The Field Technician II will be based inside an automotive repair shop and will assist in the virtual diagnostic scans and calibrations for vehicles involved in collisions. Your ability to effectively manage time and organize resources while also professionally interacting with asTech customers is essential. Essential functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. - Serve as primary client contact as needed within the service process - Promoting the necessity for diagnostic and calibrations at assigned shop - Coordinate and set-up vehicles for a diagnostic scans including required manual diagnostic tests and technical evaluations to assist the remote technician - Coordinate and set-up vehicles for calibrations utilizing TruPoint and/or setting up dynamic calibrations - Responsible for driving customer or company vehicles for the purpose of delivery, testing or calibration - Adhere to all company policy, procedure, safety and environmental rules - Other Duties: Please note this job description is not designed to cover all possible activities, duties or responsibilities that ar...
