RN - SWAT - Part Time - Dayshift 24 hrs. Biweekly - 630am - 7pm The SWAT (Skilled Workforce Adaptable Team ) RN is an expert clinical nurse who serves as a critical resource across Meritus Medical Center’s inpatient units . As part of our hospital-wide rapid response and support team , SWAT RNs provide high-level, flexible, and responsive nursing care wherever it’s needed most. This role is ideal for nurses who are confident in their clinical skills, enjoy variety, and excel in fast-paced, high-acuity settings. SWAT RNs are integral in supporting unit staff during surges, responding to patient emergencies, and ensuring continuity of care across the organization. What You’ll Do: Float among various units—including critical care, medical-surgical, step-down, and emergency areas—to provide immediate and expert clinical support. Respond to rapid responses, codes, and urgent patient care situations in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for diverse patient populations.
