This Opportunity WSP is currently initiating a search for a Traffic Engineering/ITS Practice Lead for our Transportation Team in our San Antonio, TX office! The San Antonio Traffic/ITS Practice Lead will focus on workload for the San Antonio team, business development, marketing, and project pursuits that will help to further strengthen our presence in Texas and Louisiana markets. This person will provide leadership to a talented group of professionals spanning all career levels as they work on a multitude of transportation projects. The Traffic/ITS Practice Lead will rely upon Civil Engineering background to excel at client relations, business development and mentoring staff. Be involved in projects with our Texas-Louisiana Region Leadership Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges. The right candidate will help to mentor staff as well as help to increase the San Antonio office's footprint with key clients across South Texas.
