POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: The incumbent provides stable and dependable service, while learning trade-specific skills that will translate to additional opportunities and advancement within the Company. Base hourly rate of $20/hr - $24/hr KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Under supervision, assembles pipe sections, tubing, and fittings using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment. - Partners with SMEs to review blueprints and specifications to determine work details and procedures. - Participates in the MEP work that is being completed on a daily basis. - Inventories and prepares all hand tools needed to complete daily tasks, as assigned. - Measures, cuts, threads, and bends pipe using hand and power tools. - Digs underground ditches for storm/sanitary/water systems, and extends piping to connect plumbing. - Identifies potential risks and hazards while working in the field, and communicates them to management. - Utilizes proper PPE at all times, in adherence to Company policy and other project standards. - Active...
