Job Purpose: A Herc Field Service Dispatcher is directly involved in addressing equipment breakdowns in the field, coordinating activities of field mechanics, maintaining data on service calls, communicating with internal and external customers, inventory control, ensuring equipment is service at regular intervals, and daily business reporting for multiple locations.
