We are seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our Pueblo, Colorado team for the Summer of 2026. This individual will learn how to operate in a real mill setting through supporting daily HR operations, focusing on employee experience, workforce administration, site-level HR initiatives, and interfacing with employees and operation leaders. The student will have hands-on exposure to HR in a fast-paced, unionized manufacturing environment. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Facilitate positive and proactive front-line employee customer service, resolving questions and concerns to provide employees with requested information on policy, benefits, leaves, timekeeping, and general HR process - Maintain employee files, update HRIS data, prepare reports and support audits - Assist with planning and executing site events that strengthen culture and retention - Participate in HR process improvement projects, helping streamline workflows and enhance employee experience, such as analyzin...
