Resource Innovations is seeking a Market Engagement Lead to join our growing team in California. As a Market Engagement Lead with Resource Innovations, you will lead field outreach to and build and maintain relationships with Commercial and Industrial (C&I) demand response aggregators and customers in the Los Angeles area. The Market Engagement Lead will also play a crucial role in supporting demand response program operations, training with aggregators, and collaborate with utility clients and partners to effectively deliver on key metrics. As a Market Engagement Lead with Resource Innovations, you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and apply your excellent time management skills. To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in field engagement and a passion for cultivating and maintaining lasting partnerships that create value for our organization and the communities we serve. This role will also support program management responsibilities in collaboration with other team members.
