The Airport Wheelchair Supervisor oversees daily wheelchair operations within the airport terminal, ensuring safe, timely, and professional passenger assistance services. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: HS Diploma or GED Must be 18 years or older One (1) years of front-line experience in a similar or related role Minimum one (1) year of lead or supervisory experience in a similar or related role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must meet all requirements to obtain an airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal (if applicable), including successfully completing a background check and ten-year work history Must have a reliable mode of communication and transportation PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in airport operations Airline or airport operations experience Leadership experience in the airline or airport operations experience PERSONAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Treat all information as confidential.
