The Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting and insights, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally. We're looking for an independent, driven leader to join and lead the Operations Excellence team within EUI MSO. The team is responsible for driving key processes across account management, sales performance management, knowledge & resource management/training, process excellence and optimisations, as well as day-to-day sales enablement activities. The team aims to provide 1st class support to our sales teams and act as subject matter experts across all sales processes, policies, and systems in order to drive business growth.
