POSITION DESCRIPTION: POSITION TITLE: Server (Part-Time): EMPLOYMENT CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt POSITION REPORTS TO: General Manager DEPARTMENT: Dining POSITION SUMMARY: At Kingside Diner located in St. Louis Lambert International Airport, the Part-Time Server is responsible for delivering First Class Service through efficient, friendly, and attentive guest interactions. This role supports a high-volume airport environment and requires open availability Sunday through Saturday for closing shifts (12:30 PM – last flight). Servers are expected to create a positive guest experience through strong menu knowledge, timely service, and attention to detail while maintaining compliance with all company standards and procedures.
