Job Title: Site Leader Location: Spring Valley Seniors Community Reports To: Vice President (VP) of Operations Seeking a Nurse for this leadership role. Position Summary: Spring Valley Seniors Community is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Site Leader to join our team. The Site Leader will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of safe, quality care and services within our Care Home. This position requires a collaborative approach, working with a wide range of individuals both internal and external to to the Community. The Site Leader will lead and participate in the development and enhancement of a Care Home environment that promotes a culture of caring, innovation, scientific inquiry, and empowerment, grounded in strong leadership and teamwork.
