Job Description Summary GE Aerospace is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to support leaders and teams in Mechanical Design and Systems Engineering across our Commercial Engineering and Integrated Design & Build organizations. In this role, you will be a trusted HR partner to executives and people leaders, providing strategic guidance on organization design, talent strategy, and workforce planning, while also delivering hands-on support to employees across two key sites (Cincinnati, OH and Lynn, MA). You will play a critical role in developing talent, building leadership capability, and shaping a culture of continuous improvement.
