About the context The D365 ‘HERO’ Programme is a multi-year global transformation programme in Finance & Operations implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 in the Regional Chanel ecosystem. HERO aims to harmonise multiple regional ERPs existing globally, while respecting our divisional operating models and métier specificities. It will create a standardized, single unified solution, based on the Microsoft SaaS D365 F&O platform. HERO is not just a Programme; it is a transformation building the foundation for the success of our Global business, strengthening us to embrace the growth of our future. Your role @ Chanel: As a Dynamics 365 Business analyst, part of the D365 Solution Centre, you’ll support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for core Finance and operations processes (mainly O2C, S2P and R2R). You’ll help translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements, with end-to-end ownership of Functional Design Documents (FDD), and contribute to the success of the transformation program.
