Senior UX Designer

Job Summary: DT Pro is seeking experienced UX Designer to support specific customer experience initiatives. This role focuses on designing complex, task-based, and business-oriented experiences for both customers and internal users. The work is execution-focused and delivery-oriented. Designers will partner with a collaborative team of Journey Owners, Product, Technology, and Business stakeholders to translate funded initiatives into implementation-ready UX solutions. This is a fast-paced engagement with multiple initiatives moving forward at once. The role requires comfort balancing more than one project at a time and working within ambitious timelines. This role is not focused on marketing websites, campaign pages, or visual branding work.
