DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: - The Director of Audit provides strategic leadership and hands-on oversight of internal audit, internal controls, and risk management across Lake Charles Memorial Health System (LCMHS). The role drives governance excellence, effective controls, and continuous improvement across financial, operational, clinical, and technology processes in a multi-facility community health system. The Director serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and the Audit & Compliance Committee, combining technical rigor with practical, solutions-oriented guidance.
