Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Manager Senior Manager for the Home Lending Product team focused on the customer and sales point of sale experience—from digital and assisted channels via the point of sale (POS) through to the loan origination system (LOS). The Home Lending Product organization is responsible for designing and driving technology-focused changes across Home Lending to deliver a streamlined, omni-channel experience across the end-to-end home lending journey. As a Product Manager Senior Manager, it will be critical for you to bring a strategic mindset and passion for delivering frictionless customer and team member experiences. You will partner closely with agile product managers, delivery teams, sales, and technology partners to define and deliver capabilities across POS and LOS that enable a consistent experience across channels (digital, distributed and consumer direct).
