As a Talent Acquisition Specialist , you will partner closely with hiring teams and Business HR, supporting recruitment activities across various UK sites, driving full-cycle recruiting efforts from intake session through to offer negotiation and hire. Responsibilities will include: Full cycle recruiting, from the requirement definition, through offer negotiation and hiring, using Abbott's ATS and CRM.
