Finance and Operations Executive | £30-35k The Business: Over the past year, we’ve grown quickly. Across Brand Hackers, Up World and Up Talent, we’ve grown our team, expanded our client base, and increased the pace of the business significantly. Now we’re entering the next phase. We’re focused on strengthening the foundations and building how the business operates as we scale. That means improving our systems, reporting and processes so the business runs more smoothly, decisions are better informed, and everything scales effectively. Some things are already working well, others are still being built. This role sits right in the middle of that. You won’t just be running processes, you’ll be helping to build how we operate. That could mean anything from owning accounts receivable to building automations to remove manual work, and exploring how we can use AI tools and agents to improve how we run the business. You’ll work closely with the leadership team, see how decisions are made in real time, and play a key role in improving how the business runs day to day.
