QUALIFICATIONS: RESPONSIBILITIES: - High School Diploma or GED - Must be 21 years of age - Must be able to life 50 pounds on a regular basis - Good people skills - Must have ability to follow directions, both written and verbal - Ability to meet quotas set by supervisor - Valid New Mexico driver’s license with clean MVR - Must be able to pass a criminal background check - Employment contingent upon successful completion of a background check - Prepare donations (sorting/pricing) to be sent to the store floor, repair area or disposal - Accept donations from the general public and distribute to the appropriate area, writing receipts as needed - Assist in the store with displaying items - Drive the truck as assigned, once the safety training has been completed - Train and monitor beneficiaries in their work therapy ass...
