Description Maytronics, a leading provider of innovative pool cleaning solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join the team. The Finance Manager provides financial leadership for Maytronics US. This individual leads reporting and forecasting for the North American business, using data-driven analysis and insights to improve decision support to grow sales and profitability. This is an in-office position based in our Duluth, GA location. Responsibilities: · Provides FP&A support, driving the reporting and analysis of business results compared to Budget, forecast and prior year, and assists with preparation and presentation of monthly financial (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) forecasts. · Drives annual operating plan (Budget) for Maytronics North America business. · Supports development and presentation of materials for Board of Directors’ meeting. · Partners with sales and marketing teams to provide critical analysis and key insights for pricing and promotional spend.
