Field Service Manager – Power Division(Southern California) Full-Time • Exempt • In the Field • Monday–Friday Location: Southern California Multiquip is seeking a skilled and customer‑focused Field Service Manager to lead technical support, equipment repairs, and service operations across an assigned territory. This high‑impact role is responsible for delivering industry‑leading service, diagnosing and repairing complex equipment, supporting Authorized Service Centers, and cultivating strong customer relationships. You’ll work hands‑on with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems—including advanced generator and Tier 4 engine technology. You’ll also support training, warranty inspections, parts sales initiatives, and service revenue growth.
