SERVER Easy Tiger, one of Austin’s most beloved brands, is hiring part-time Servers to join our team at our South Lamar location! We are looking for experienced servers to help create exceptional experiences for our guests during their visit by creating a warm environment to "Slow Down, Stay Awhile". REPORTS TO: FOH Managers and Leads SALARY / GRADE LEVEL: Hourly / Non-Exempt JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES: - Follow all policies and procedures - Complete all assigned opening, running, closing duties and sidework - On time and attends all shift meetings - Follow all health and alcohol beverage service standards and maintain a clean workspace, adhering to food safety sanitation and safety guidelines - Take orders and payments from customers for food and beverages following all steps of service guidelines - Check with customers throughout their meal to ensure that they are enjoying their visit and take action to correct any problems, ensure they leave happy! - Maintain a working knowledge of food and drink menu items, promotions, ingredients, and prep time - Upselling by being proactive with suggestive selling and alerting guests of specials, promotional items or events - Delivering fo...
