The Role: We’re looking for an Accounting Manager who can walk in the door and own it. Not someone who needs hand-holding or constant direction — someone who sees what needs to be done and does it. You’ll be the technical backbone of the accounting team, managing month-end close, driving process improvement, and developing the staff behind you. You’ll report to the Controller and work closely with leadership in a PE-owned environment where EBITDA, MRR, and recurring revenue reporting are front and center. NetSuite is our system — we’re live on ERP, CRM, PSA, and 360 SuiteBilling for recurring revenue — and you’ll be expected to know it well and make it work harder for us.
