About the role: We are looking for a Product Development Manager to own a critical portfolio within our water appliance business. This role will drive product strategy across key distribution channels (independent dealers, e-commerce, and big box retail), identify new product opportunities, and lead initiatives focused on margin improvement, reliability, and consumer communication. You’ll partner cross-functionally with industrial design, marketing, and global manufacturing teams to define specifications and lead products from concept through launch.
