Job description

We are looking for a results-driven leader with strong sales expertise and people management experience, ready to contribute to regional business performance. We are looking for someone who: Has at least 3 years of experience in sales and 2 years of experience coordinating a team ; Has solid knowledge of the FMCG market and its dynamics; Is comfortable leading and supporting a sales team in the field; Communicates clearly and builds strong working relationships; Has well-developed skills in analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and teamwork; Is available for frequent travel (over 80% of the time); Valid driving license – category B; English language proficiency and MS Office skills at a medium–advanced level; University degree (Bachelor’s level).
