Day (United States of America) CAT Therapeutic Mentor The CAT Team Therapeutic Mentor/Case Manager provides mentoring and supportive services for children ages 3-11 with mental health and/or co-occurring disorders as a part of the CAT Team. Responsible for developing positive relationships by providing guidance and facilitating interactions and services for children and their families. This position will also provide targeted case management services to children with serious emotional problems, their families; and caretakers and assist clients in maintaining their highest level of functioning in the environment, which best meet, their needs. Services include but are not limited to: medical, social, legal, educational and other support services. Must be willing to travel throughout Volusia and Flagler County.
