Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree. - Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients. - Ability to communicate in English and Italian fluently to engage with clients in the region. Preferred qualifications: - Master’s degree in a business related field. - 1 year of leadership experience. - Experience in developing strategies under imperfect information to achieve business objectives. - Experience using the sales lifecycle to drive business. - Ability to work separately and proactively in a constantly evolving environment, effectively managing resources across all levels of the value chain.
