The incumbent will possess the flexibility to handle multiple and variable tasks and resources with a focus on training and exercise for all DOH-Miami-Dade County team members. The incumbent will be responsible for the design, development, coordination, execution, and evaluation of trainings and exercises in compliance with the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) to demonstrate proficiency in the agency’s ability to respond to public health emergencies. The incumbent will collaborate on the completion of after-action reports and make recommendations for areas of improvement.
