JOIN OUR TEAM: We are looking for a structured Junior People Operations Manager to support Payroll and People Operations for our warehouse location (white- and blue-collar scope). This position is limited to 1 year and based in Robakowo , close to Poznan. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Support the payroll process to ensure accurate and timely execution, including tax filings, social security contributions, internal finance-related reporting and compliance audits - Manage the full operative employee lifecycle, including contracts, terminations, onboarding, personnel files, benefits administration and the right to work for foreign employees in collaboration with the People Operations Manager - Act as the main point of contact for people operations-related matters for internal and external stakeholders, including People & Culture, Finance, auditors and local authorities - Maintain employee data across platforms and systems such as Personio, Enova and SSC Master to ensure complete accuracy - Ensure compliance and HSE standards, including OHS training records, medical examinations, GDPR and general compliance tracking - Drive process optimisation and digitalisation, leveraging AI and automation to e...
