Job Title Senior Manager Technical Accounting & Oversight Job Description: The role provides a unique set of responsibilities as you provide your external reporting expertise to our many internal stakeholders. Your role: - Oversee and provide technical accounting support to Businesses and Functions for major transactions and key quarterly accounting topics; - Reviewing external financial reporting - Philips Group financial statements and press releases; - Monitor regulatory developments and assess Business impacts; - Maintain and deploy the Philips Accounting Manual and other relevant guidance and directives which enable the Businesses and Functions; - Drive simplification initiatives on accounting and reporting matters, including AI enabled tools and data analytics; - Owning IFRS training content and delivering IFRS trainings to the finance community; - Monitoring developments in accounting and auditing standards & projects and translating business impact for Philips.
