Rogers Group is currently seeking a Financial Analyst to support our Indiana Strategic Market Area (SMA), based in Bloomington, IN. This role is on-site and reports directly to the Area Controller and partners closely with Area and Site management to provide financial insight, reporting, and analysis that drives operational and capital decision-making. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong analytical skills, a high sense of ownership, and the ability to communicate financial information effectively to both financial and non-financial stakeholders Job Responsibilities: Support month-end accounting processes, including journal entries, inventory management, and reconciliations.
