Location: Geisinger Medical Center (GMC) Shift: Rotation (United States of America) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Worker Type: Regular Exemption Status: Yes Job Summary: Geisinger's Cancer Institute is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our inpatient cancer team at Geisinger Medical Center (GMC) in Danville, PA. This individual will perform, under the responsibility and supervision of the physician, diagnostic and therapeutic tasks to establish a diagnosis and to plan therapy. Assist in gathering the data necessary in implementing the therapeutic plan of the physician. APP will ultimately be an advocate in the medical care system serving as confidant, advisor, and liaison between the patient and physician.
