UKOS BayWa r.e. Operation Services Limited About the role We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the Asset Operations Solar Repowering Projects delivery team. This role will be homebased, with travel to our sites, with frequent overnight stays. What you will do: Manage safe and reliable construction activities on “Operational” utility scale solar farms, back to operation and maintenance of the projects within the BayWa Asset Operations portfolio in the UK & Northern Ireland, in accordance with agreed contracts, operating plans and budgets. Please note this is not a site management role for new build solar assets, this is a role to lead site activities safely on repowering projects and key component replacements under CDM. Health & Safety / Compliance: Ensure compliance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 for the duration of the works. Ensure that teams are working in accordance with the BayWa Health, Safety, Quality and Environment procedures and relevant H&S legislation.
