Develop funding approval with project plans and requirements including cost estimates. Develop the Scope Of Work including installation design packages, ordering materials, and monitoring expenditures to prevent overages. Create and maintain inside plant site documentation. Responsible for overall project management of jobs to ensure they are on schedule and within budget through operations acceptance. Creation of budget to actual variance reporting for assigned projects. Interpretation of industry and engineering processes, procedures, and standards.
