As a BOH position you may be asked to help cover other positions during your employment. BOH is to maintain a prepared and sanitary work area at all times, Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies for service, Make sure all storage areas are tidy and all products are stored appropriately, Constantly use safe and hygienic food handling practices, Able to follow written or verbal instructions, Able to work in a high pace and hot environment, Flexible with job duties, Self-motivated and organized.
