FTE: 1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule: Day Position Summary: The NPD Specialist-Simulation will develop, implement and evaluate clinical simulation across the MHS Health System. The incumbent will develop simulation activities that address knowledge, skill, critical thinking and behavior gaps related to the healthcare environment and incorporates nursing simulation components into the curriculum. The Simulation NPD Specialist will have primary responsibility for developing and implementing tools, theories, skills and knowledge of nursing professional development to improve the evidence-based simulation efforts of clinical staff throughout MultiCare Health System.
