Inventory Management: - Directly manage national inventory health, balancing availability, cost and risk - Own replenishment logic, safety stock parameters and planning exceptions - Actively manage excess, slow‑moving and obsolete stock (SLOB) - Drive inventory accuracy through disciplined cycle counting, audits and reconciliations - Standardise inventory control processes and reporting across all locations - Be personally accountable for inventory accuracy and stock availability performance Demand & Supply Planning: - Directly lead and coach Demand & Supply Planners - Translate demand forecasts into practical, executable supply plans - Actively m...
