Red Hat's Public Sector Customer Success team is looking for an experienced, enterprise-level system engineer to join us as a Dedicated Operations Technical Account Manager (DO-TAM) in the Huntsville, AL area. . In this role, you will work with a key government customer to provide hands-on "Day 2" operational support, administration, and integration guidance for Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform. This is a fully onsite position: you will act as a dedicated resource, alternating between customers primary facility and other local facilities to tailor support for the customer's environments, facilitate collaboration with their other vendors, and advocate on their behalf. What you will do: Execute Day 2 Operations: Provide hands-on administration, integration support, and maintenance for Red Hat OpenShift clusters, ensuring platform stability and successful upgrades.
