The Opportunity: The Manager, Service Insights and Analytics will lead a team of Insight and Reporting Analysts to transform data into insights that will help drive business forward. Collaborating with key partners across the Risk Org, as well as maximizing resources enterprise wide in order to identify objectives, and expand and deliver business intelligence solutions, that will provide data driven insights that influence business strategy and support operational and talent needs, while improving the end user experience.
