About The Role: As the Store Manager, you are responsible for the store’s overall performance, talent initiatives, operational execution, visual standards, and customer experience. Ideal candidates are individuals who are motivated, adaptable to change, coachable, values oriented, strong talent developers, and have a passion for our brand. This position is located at the upcoming Burlington Mall location, opening Summer 2026.
