SUMMARY: The Player’s Club Representative will assist in promoting the player’s reward club and distributing general casino information while performing club enrollment tasks, club offer redemptions, and ticket sales. RESPONSIBILITIES: Enroll customers in the player tracking system, print cards, and explain extra play cash and rules of the club. Check points for club members as requested. Maintain knowledge of all club promotions in order to explain information to customers. Perform Ticket West and gift card sales as needed. Perform casino wide announcements as requested.
