What’s the role?: This role sits within the Customer Platform unit, which owns a critical enterprise platform delivering customer data capabilities across onboarding, servicing, and product origination through both staff-facing and digital channels. Ensuring high availability, strong performance, and resilience at scale is essential to enabling seamless and reliable customer experiences. This is not a traditional SRE leadership role . It is a hands-on engineering position with a strong focus on AI driven performance testing and intelligent automation at a platform level . The role is centred on building automation first capabilities, reducing manual effort, and driving predictive reliability through modern tooling and AI adoption.
